Sorry for the slow response.

Personally, I made changes as I see fit for me. I don't think everyone is going to fit perfectly into any "plan." I still stick with clean foods as best as I can.

Remember, we all weigh differently, have different fitness levels, and different nutritional needs. :)

Rivekkah, are u making any changes as u go?

I'm trying not to but come nighttime I always do...I've done it before with more success. Any thoughts?

Elise, I'm doing Cooler #1 for 3 days, then Cooler #2 for 3...I'm alternating between the two.
