My plan is to shop and plan for the days ahead. I know when I have clean food on hand I do much better. Part two of my plan... to do my best and forgive myself for not being perfect... and not expect to be perfect... just better than before...

My plan is to really get on mine strength training. I'm good with cardio but strength training is definitely my weakness. I will have work on that.

My plan just for today is.(I'm doing it as I type); is to drink 32 oz of water before breakfast and write down on a piece of paper EVERYTHING I put in this mouth of mine.

My plan is to be mindful of the foods I eat. Wise food choices, planned weekly menus, within my calorie limits. Hugs, Debbie

My cupboards have been emptied of junk food for a few years, and my fridge is full of organic fruits, vegetables and homemade meals. That's my plan.

I have a 4 week plan for the month of September. I will post it on my blog today, so it will be there for everyone to check out tomorrow.
