Only one clean meal a week? Does that mean all your other meals are processed? And only buying unprocessed food once a week? (Unless you only buy food once a week).

How about a 100% clean challenge, see how many days you can go without eating anything processed?

Great idea. I did the shelf challenge and we talked about a challenge a few weeks back, but it is busy this summer.

I am sorry for not poking in regularly. New summer camps and life has pulled me away.

I'm totally in for this challenge. :).

I think its a great idea, as a matter of fact I went to the whole foods store this morning and bought all kinds of good clean stuff,
Unfortunately I also went to a baseball game this afternoon and did not eat so clean, but did not do to bad, not like I would have a month ago, so I feel pretty good and tomorrow is a new day, and I am done eating for today.
So I am up to the challenge.

Why not???? Sounds like a good idea. I think because I'm almost 90% clean it would be nice to see how many "un-clean" meals or snacks I've had for the week.

Maybe that way I'll stay the course a little better if I'm accountable to you guys.

I haven't noticed any team challenges since they started. Do we have any? Do we have any ideas toward some goals?

My ideas
1) Buy unprocessed foods at least once per week.
2) Cook at least one clean meal per week.
3) Incorporate one new idea per month.
