Now that it's spring, I'll be hiking 1-2 times per week, weather permitting.

there is something CREEPY about being along on a trail. I feel like I'm getting stalked at times by a crazy Tiger...

But my friends don't believe me. They just laugh. Ah Well! Paranoia will destroy ya!

Thanks for this post- I checked out the 3 Exercises every Woman Should Do

I did the squats but will have to wait to do the other two at home.

Since I'm training for my first 5k, I read Don't be a running fool!!!

I ran 3 miles on the treadmill this morning before work!!!
