I LOVE this topic. I am a high school teacher. What a great way to begin each class. So...to follow protocol, today I will incorporate this positive thinking flow into others' lives and I will not be frustrated with myself for not taking my poor dogs for a walk in the snow. emoticon

I will:
- Drink a ton of water to counteract the sodium bomb I ingested yesterday.
- Be sure to stick to eating a healthy snack every few hours while studying. I tend to forget when I'm reading a lot and then go nutzo when I eat my next meal.
- Stick to the lower end of my calorie range because I've been at the top for the past week. Need to cycle every once in a while.

I won't:
- Give in to the exercise demon and overdo it ... again.
- Feel bad about giving my body a break from the marathon sweat sessions I've been subjecting it to lately.
- Obsess.
