- Drink a ton of water to counteract the sodium bomb I ingested yesterday.
- Be sure to stick to eating a healthy snack every few hours while studying. I tend to forget when I'm reading a lot and then go nutzo when I eat my next meal.
- Stick to the lower end of my calorie range because I've been at the top for the past week. Need to cycle every once in a while.
- Give in to the exercise demon and overdo it ... again.
- Feel bad about giving my body a break from the marathon sweat sessions I've been subjecting it to lately.
Sweat is the new black.
