Well for the last couple of days, I had a burger and hotdog yesterday and a steak and mushroom grinder today. I feel like crap! I knew better but I did it anyway. I knew better last nite the burger and hotdog kept coming back on me. yuck!! So tomorrow I'll be back on track.

I have been on a complete eating frenzy since June 4th! I am up 13 lbs & I am on a slippery slope ! Today I started out with goldfish crackers for breakfast, then a whole bag of Krispy Kreme mini strawberry crullers,I don't even like crullers that much ! Seriously ????? I have made chocolate dipped graham crackers ... Oh you get the picture... it's been non stop for weeks now. I'm so sad & mad at the same time. It's my own fault... I don't know what triggered it all ...but I just haven't had the guts to stop it !!!!!!! UGH !!!! emoticon emoticon

yesterday was a terrible food day for me. I started out ok, had a granola bar and diet green tea for b-fast cause I ate while driving. Then my mom stopped at McDonalds while I was riding with her and I ordered just a cheeseburger and small fry. But then, a few hours later I was driving around again and stopped for a strawberry shake, later had a double chocolate muffin, a peanut butter sandwich and several snickerdoodles that my man baked

Yesterday was another binge day. :( And I forgot to take my medicine. And I've been doing really bad taking my vitamins even though I know I seem to binge less when I take them. It puts me in a right state of mind. Trip starts tomorrow though so I'm almost there!! :0)

I'm having a hard time overall. I was doing well, but got off track. I got down to 229.2lbs. Then I went back up to 238. The monthly monster arrived and I have been right since. I'm yo-yoing and trying to get everything back in order.

I'm sad, unhappy and depressed. I'm trying to make some changes, but not is working right now. I'm going to keep trying.

I didn't eat at all yesterday. I wasn't even hungry and eating didn't really cross my mind.

I have stress from work, I need to not allow my new co worker to get under my skin. If I work where my hands are I know that she will not have the opportunity to spread her negativity my way. I think my meditating and yoga in the am help a lot and as long as I do what is expected of me from my boss then nothing else matters.

I read a lot of food confessions this week and I hope I am not completely off here. I feel my food issues are symptoms of something deeper. So I would like to confess my selfishness and impatience this week.

My selfishness is wrapped up in my isolation. I battle with this a lot. I don't like to leave my house because I feel so big. I could be of use to so many. I wanted to start a girl youth group for years now, I made it through so much in my youth that I feel very equipped to help others. But I am so consumed with me and my issues.

I find myself impatient at work. I work from home and am a senior in my position. I work extremely hard and dislike it with others don't. I realized this week, after helping a co-worker who confided in me that she is going through a divorce...WOW....who am I to judge. Maybe they are doing the best they can do. I continue to assist others and never express my impatience to them, but because its how I feel on the inside its coming out whether I realize it or not.

Ugggh I dislike the things about me. I need to change my mindset just like I change my diet and activity. Thanks for allowing me to confess. emoticon

Yesterday, I took a free day and well I went to the buffet. I should not have. The food was too heavy. I'd have rather tracked my foods. I'm not dining out next week and gonna stay on plan 7 days and track everything I eat.

Yesterday was horrible. I had a bad binge day and didn't go to Zumba even though I could have because I had eaten so much through out the day I felt like vomiting instead. :( Bad day. I know I was emotional eating. I know I was. Sometimes I have a hard time around Mother's day and then combine that with being jealous over something I had no control over and you get pouty me. :)
But it's done. So now I move one. :)

Way, way, way too many calories. :(
And I'm paying for with being back up 2 pounds after just getting to my goal yesterday. :(

Had a bit of a disaster Sunday with food, and not too great on Saturday either if I am being honest. I am still feeling full of this food from yesterday. YUCK!
But today is new. And as a spark friend from the past reminded me, I used to encourage her when she slipped up like I did. "Be Great" was my nudge back to her. So today I will Be Great.

I binged. :( Today I. Had 5 trefoils (girl scout cookies), 3 spoons of sherbert ice cream, chinese for dinner, pudding (60 cal...but still! Sweets, sweets, and more sweets :( um...let's see I also ate a creme pie and cookie today...what the what? Good side: drank only water & 20 min run but I've got to do better! Needed to get that off my chest....thx y'all! Just gotta get back up! :)

I bought a big bag of Jelly Belly jelly beans on Monday when I bought my otherwise healthy groceries. I thought "I'll portion these into little baggies and have some every few days as a tiny treat." WHAT WAS I THINKING???
I have eaten almost the entire bag in only two days. No more Jelly Bellies for me.

When I tend to have a bad day, I really get down on myself and then the rest of the week seems to be bad. I lose my motivation and get up and go. It is something that I know that I need to work on...and I know that I will get there...Just have to keep my chin up and keep moving forward

One of my biggest challenges is to NOT eat the kids' snacks. See, I am a nanny and I cannot stop snacking on their yummy treats. I can tell it is taking a toll because I just don't feel as good physically, I feel sluggish and run down. I wonder if the people I work for would let me put signs in their cabinet? Maybe I should make some of my own treats to bring along. Seems as though when I have own treats, I can resist the kids'. Ugh.

I've been snacking too much. I allow calories for snacking but I've been going way over that and snacking so much that I'm up a couple pounds on the scale. And that depresses me which makes it even harder to get back on track. Ugh. I need to just keep some of this stuff out of the house for a while or at least out of sight.

I had pasta Monday night, and it really caused my body to bloat! I was up 4 pounds on Tuesday morning, just because of that! Crazy!

I have fallen completely off the Paleo bandwagon; the only good thing about it is that I am seeing the effects of eating the wrong foods for me.

Today I committed to sitting down after church and creating a February calendar of healthy meals, exercise, me time and "all other" time.

I have been craving something sweet for the past few days. Tuesday night I had a palm full of my daughter's m&m's and then yesterday I gave in and made some brownies - but I only ate 1/2 of one and it was just what I needed.

I've decided that I'm not going to ban myself from eating anything, so long as I eat it only once in a while and a small amount of it. emoticon

I have been doing horrible in cheating with gluten and cheese over the past few days with my husband being on vacation and with having left over birthday food here. :(
I'm letting it go though. I'm not going to beat myself up and I'm not going to feel bad about myself.

I ate cheetos. Lots of cheetos yesterday. They were salty and cheesy and a bit stale from sitting out but I still ate them. Breaking all the things I'm working not to eat.. as Joey likes to say. He'll point at me and say, "You're breaking your vegan!" lol! I was not only breaking my vegan but breaking my no processed foods and no "way too much" salt thing too. I don't know why I did it. It was the addiction thing I think. Sometimes it's like smoking or something. It's so hard. But TODAY IS A NEW DAY! The beginning of a NEW WEEK! I WILL get this under control! I WILL have a good day and a good week!!!

I had a glass of wine while I was cooking dinner tonight. The weird thing is I didn't really want wine, and don't like how I feel at 2.a.m after even just one glass, but I wanted the "taste" of wine. That something dry and fruity. I should have poured some sparkling water in a wine glass. emoticon

I didnt eat the best that I could yesterday. We had take out for dinner and instead of choosing what I knew would be a better choice I chose what I wanted to eat.

Confession #1: I have still been doing bad with controlling my eating. :(
Confession #2: I have a bit of a social anxiety. I want to be social but with some things it's hard for me..like talking on the phone. Sometimes even the simplest thing like sending a thank you.. I don't know what it is but there are several situations that I have to build myself up to do. Sometimes I am just fine, sometimes I wouldn't be surprised if I looked down and saw I had broken out in a rash from nerves and anxiety.

My eating was not good yesterday. I had the munchies big time. I could blame it on that time of month but I need to learn to control it at all times of the month!

Fell off my Paleo "wagon" this last week after doing so well for 30+ days! Today I regroup and start again 100% tomorrow! Not a total loss; I learned a lot about my how my body reacts to different foods/drinks. Sometimes it's a good thing to go "off -track"!
