Chia seeds are great. You can get them at the health food store. They don't swell up so much that it would make your stomach swell, if just fills you up! They make drinks I have seen for sale too, at the health food store, they are like fruit juice with the seeds in them, and the seeds taste kinda, slippery and chewy, I really like them. It's great fiber. I imagine you can do all kinds of things with them. Like on cottage cheese it would just add some crunch. Nice!!!
I put them in a shake I have daily, it is Almond milk, frozen, bagged fruit, berries, etc., stevia, chia seeds and a little bit of whey powder. I have been practicing being a vegetarian, however, recently have decided to become a pescitarian. Should be great, except for I might have a problem during Thanksgiving, because I love Turkey on Thanksgiving. I'll cross that bridge when I get there!
