My dear teammates, please don't post to this thread, it will make it easier for everyone to find the information.
Avoid eating from this list of Red/High GI foods. If you do, please do so on occasion, maybe once a week and include a Low GI food with it to help keep the glucose levels lower. Not sure about all the meats, maybe the target here is to avoid higher fat meats. Not sure how this would effect glucose, if at all.
