My goal for January was 140k... I did 168km / 104 miles
My goal distance for February will be to stick to my training plan... so I will aim for consistency! 140k would be good...
On another note, I was on a 21 day streak... focusing on my big 3: 1) Eating in range - no binge; 2) Exercise or go outside for 20 min; 3) drink my water... (and sleep at least 5 hours/night).
I did well - except for one "binge" ... exercise and water were as plan! Need some work on sleeping!
My goal for Feb will be "BE GOOD to ME" I will eat right because it makes me feel GOOD I will exercise because It is GOOD for my body and mind I will reward myself for all the GOOD work and be mindful of my emotions (so I can choose GOOD positive way to move forward).
