Goal setting is so important and realistic / SMART goals are the key to success!

Way to go CGG111 You already went beyond yours!

Here are my stats for Jan 2012-2013:
2013: 137km
2012: 140 km (87 miles)

I think I was pretty consistent! So I will aim for 140km (87 miles) again...
SO far I am at 91km (56.5 miles)

Well since I wasn't an active participant of Spark People these passing months I can only really report what my current goals are.

January Goals:
Walking Everyday one hour before work 5 days a week.
Running after work on days when my schedule will allow.

Age 50! Now is the time to make your mark on the world-explore the Antarctic or become an astronaut. Make your mind up to take on exciting new challenges-straight after your afternoon nap. - Unknown
