I'd have to check how far I went but it looks like 109 miles including today.

Consistency!!!! Way to go.... having a plan and sticking to it is a great way to go the distance!

I am trying to find active opportunities to keep it going, like going foe a walk on my free time... I am not sure how far I went this month ( and last month!!!) I need to do my go the distance report!


How far did you go in May?

I'm keeping with my routine....3 days running and trying to get at least 2 days of ST in. I've been parking at the offsite parking lot at work and it's a mile away so I've been getting in at least 2 miles every day that I work.
