Your goal for the month?
~ minimum 180 minutes of cardio. I really don't like to do cardio. So this is my goal

I am catching up and The Rise and Shine Attitude - starting with exercise is helping!!!
My New total for 2013 is 485km or 300 miles

My goal for the month? 130k / 80 miles

Week 1: 18.5k/ 11.5 miles ( bike , running and walking)
Week 2: 76.5k / 47.5 miles... Wohoo!!! I had a great week. Total for April: 95k/59 miles

Last year, start of April, I was at 420km total distance for the year. As of today, I am at 408.5... so a little behind but I will catch up!
