I always eat breakfast. I'm following the South Beach diet/plan. Usually I have liquid eggs. I have cartons of both the yellows and egg whites in my fridge. I either do scramble with veggies or an omlette with veggies. I also like those mini frittata muffin.

Last week I did cardio(I really need to focus on my cardio because I don't care for it too much but I LOVE ST) 4 days. This week I'm planning on 4 days, too.

For my second week of Rise and Shine, I...
... ate breakfast (healthy!!!) all week - and this was not as easy as it seems because I was away from home (hotel and eating out). I had an apple every day, bagel and light cream cheese.
... exercise on Tues - Friday, Sat and Sunday (wohooo!!! Sunday too, before catching a flight back home!). I skiped Wed (because I was at the airport - left home at 0430...) and Thursday (my back was killing me! - I stretched and had a massage instead...)

I started this morning with 5k run and my typical workday breakfast!

I always eat well in the mornings. Water and a light snack before working out, then a real breakfast before leaving for ork, and then my lunch break is at 10:30. I'm smart and energetic from 4 am to 4 pm and then st all downhill til bedtime

Breakfast everyday and morning workouts most days....2:20am is very early to get up so if I don't get to bed quite early enough I just can't get up to workout in the am. I did this morning, though :-)

So far this month I have not missed a day of eating a healthy breakfast and exercising first thing in the morning. I made some healthy muffins and breads so i always have a healthy grab and go breakfast this week if I need it.
Trying to find something healthy my DH will eat for breakfast. he will not eat eggs, pork, pancakes and the only muffins he will eat are blueberry but so far all the healthy ones i have tried he did not like because his body craves the sugar and white flour. He is currently not open to change.
I will keep trying. My son on the other hand will eat healthy which is great

I need to keep the healthy eating part for the rest of the day going .... did not so good last night!
I need to get back with exercise - first thing in the morning for me means I will not give in with the " no time" excuse!

I had a healthy breakfast...oatmeal with sunflower seed butter. Didn't workout today...somehow the alarm didn't go off.

I ate a healthy breakfast of fruit, 1/2 bran muffin, protein peanut butter balls, and green tea.
I jogged 60 minutes this morning split into 20 minute intervals at 3:00am, 4:00am and 5:00am
have a great day today
I will not officially join the challenge with SP as I do not do social media

This month, let's get on board with the Spark Challenge and try to encourage each other to Go the DISTANCE... starting each day with healthy habits...

1) Take time to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning every day
