... ate breakfast (healthy!!!) all week - and this was not as easy as it seems because I was away from home (hotel and eating out). I had an apple every day, bagel and light cream cheese.
... exercise on Tues - Friday, Sat and Sunday (wohooo!!! Sunday too, before catching a flight back home!). I skiped Wed (because I was at the airport - left home at 0430...) and Thursday (my back was killing me! - I stretched and had a massage instead...)
I started this morning with 5k run and my typical workday breakfast!
