I have been tracking Sun-Sat, so my time frame is slightly shifted. Here is where I am so far this month:

Week ending, run miles, swim miles
9 Mar, 23, 6
16 Mar, 30.8, 2
23 Mar, 24.4, 0
30 Mar, 29.0, 2
Plus 6 miles on 31 Mar


Year to date: 309.9 running miles, 35 swimming miles.

This week I cycled (stat at the gym), and ran... for a total of 55km

My new total for the year is 290 km...

I can't wait to get on my bike! I went for my first run outside since my race (-30C on 17 Feb) and I can tell my lungs have not fully recovered yet...

Way to go team... keep pushing!

Yesterday was the first day with good cycling weather, so I am just starting to get real miles for this year, and I still need to give my bike it's spring tune-up. In the meantime, just from my FitBit, I'm at 99 miles for the past month, so my goal for the rest of March is just

swim 1.5 miles
bike 30 miles
run 9 miles
walk (fitbit) as of March 12 12.92/105 miles
