Franie, where do you get the SP icons that show how much weight you have lost with SP?

The generic calories given for the sub are for the wheat bread. (it says it on their calorie sheets you can pick up at subway)

The wheat bread is the lowest in calories and best for you.

Golly Kim, it is great that you guys can answer your own questions! I am glad you found an answer and that you are staying within your range! Subway is a really good place for people trying to reduce fat and calories.

OK, I knew this, it does include the bread, wheat, which I eat, I know I knew this, but after putting in my cals so many times and seeing Subway 6 inch for 350 it just made me wonder if I was really staying within my cals or not. Thanks! Kim

I eat Subway A LOT, and I see at the counter how a turkey and ham is 290 cals, great, but does that include the bread? I can ask there next time I go as well, but when you enter in your intake on here and enter subway you can choose the 6" and type and you can just choose 6" too just the bread and it is 350 cals. Does anyone know if when you enter in the type of sandwich if that is enough, or do you need to add the 350 for Subway 6"? And is that just a generic incase you don't know what kind you had or is it the bread...I don't know. Thank you!! I guess I can check out Subway.com, I will let you know if I get the answer that way as well. Thanks!
