The temp. gauge said 40* so I put on a hoodie and tried to go for an outdoor walk today. Then I got out from behind our woods. OMgoodness!! That SW wind is bitter!!! I finished walking our 1/4 mile gravel lane to the mailbox and back and then came in and did a 1 mile walk with the dvd to warm back up.
Thighs are still wanting to cramp up, so I've been doing a few yoga stretches as well. I may need to get out the heating pad once son and I sit down this afternoon to do Alg 2 and Chemistry or I'll stiffen up.

Almost back in routine... Mon - Curves, Tues - Aquatics, Weds - Yoga, Thur - Aquatics. But by Friday I was too pooped to participate. Back at it tomorrow!

After a week of rest because of a virus, I got a 1/2 mile walk done on Tues, 1 mile on Wed, and 1 mile with the 2 min. boost on Thursday all indoors to a dvd. A nasty headache sidelined me Friday tho.

I did a lot of walking and now my tailbone is hurting. Time to see the chiropractor since my sacroiliac joint has popped out of place again. I really wish this would stop happening!

I'm having a fibro flare-up, so I haven't been doing anything but resting since Monday's 1 mile walk. I'll be resting once again today.

Curves... I love that the machines are user-friendly and programmed to push you just enough -- not too hard or too easy. And I really like the stretching station afterward!

Fri- 1 mile walk to dvd and some strength training exercises for women. I hold a big ball while doing the squats for some core and arm work at the same time.

i use to did aquatic, i cannot swim and one day i went under , after that i could not \go anymore was too scar if somebody touch me or anything i would scream from bein scare
So i quit but it was one of the best exercise for me you aee i could not get up by myself 2 people had to pull me up

yoga strengthening routine.
I can't do Sun Salutations (all the up down up down up down makes me sick-feeling and sends my blood pressure up) so I have found a few dvds with routines that don't do them. Surprisingly, I found this dvd at Aldi. LOL

when i get home after shopping i hav e a hard time to put my groceries away i only-put away what need to go in the freezer , and then i go to lay down i am exausted and fall asleep A couple hours after i wake up and then i put the rest of my groceries away
I use to do the gazelle also but last time i try i got such a bad flare up i did notg do exercise since that , i was thinking to start doing it again maybe 5 minute at a time,i could do igt to start for 30 mins in all, i will start with that cause for strengh exercise right now i have a very bad arm every time i more it it make me yell so i have to wait for that for at lease another month]. \\\\\\\nothing seem to take the pain away, i had a knee replacement a year ago so i have to take it easy
