I do Reiki on myself every night before I go to sleep...it has just become an automatic thing to do. I also practice mindfullness meditation, even if it is just for a few moments a day. It is so easy to get caught up in everyone else's needs and ignore our own, but we eventually pay the price. Take care of yourselves, Kathy

This is a good goal for me too, I don't take care of my own enery needs often enough. I do have a massage/energy session every other week though, but I can do a lot more for myself!

Great idea! I had an hour massage with energy work yesterday from one of my fellow co-workers. thank you for the reminder.. I get so used to giving Reiki to others that I often forget myself until I am in dire need. But.. I also have to remember that when I give Reiki, I receive energy back too!
