March "came in like a lion" here in Western Kentucky, with a little snow fall on March 1st. Hopefully the weather, here and in your neck of the woods, will start getting better and there will be many days nice enough to get outside and walk. So go to the bottom of our team page and join our March goal to walk 15 minutes three times a week. Who knows, you might even stretch it out to 30 minutes!
