February’s challenge is to exercise at least one day a week with someone else. Invite a friend over to play Wii or workout with a DVD, walk with someone, or go to a fitness class. Many of us exercise all by ourselves at home, and that’s great. But exercising with other people can help keep us motivated and can improve our mental outlook.
