My goal for 2013 is to remain faithful to the fitness plan that has been working for me since July 2012 -- 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, tracking everything I eat and drink, and staying within the Spark-recommended range of calories. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

goals means thing that I will actually take action steps towards accomplishing! I think that is my first goal! Focus on healthy choices by drinking water not soda track my food until I leave for Tx (Jan 19th) be honest! If I eat it I track it! tackle one thing each day that I have avoided.
