Love it Zenryaku!! Good for you! Keep us posted. I had a goal very similar to yours and I got there.
I started the BeFit in 30 Extreme Level 1 today and I am hooked again. I was worried about what to start after the other challenge and I just have to say I love the YouTube channel. There is always some workout to do at home at the touch of my fingertips...no EXCUSES!!

Hey there! I am also recovering from injury. I am at Day 83 and waiting for Bicep tendonitis in both arms to heal before resuming. I can't wait to finish and move on to 30Day Extreme!

Just checking how everyone is doing?
I have been having some ups and downs (due to my health condition) since February, and hope to fully resume the program this month.

Thank you for your encouragement! I finished phase one today, will be taking a rest day tomorrow, and begin phase two on Thursday. I'm so excited to be doing something new, and I feel great that I did finish phase one without any skipped workouts.

That's awesome Hc-Ski! I am excited to be finishing next week, but I know I need something else to keep me going on such a regular routine. I think I am going to try the BeFit 30 Day extreme! Yikes!
I also Zumba and jog as well. I do need the variety. The 1st and 2nd month got a little repetitive for me, but the 3rd month is challenging enough that I am not getting as bored. Good luck on your re-start. If nothing else, it provides a consistent workout that keeps me on a schedule.

Thanks Asoria, I, like Aqua, was starting to hàte the respetitiveness of month 1. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough strength of character to stick with it...I dropped it for jogging. But I missed the strength videos and felt bad about my total lack of consistency. Youv've just inspired me to restart the course (3rd time, the charm?) again April 2nd. I'm going to modify the schedule to work with mine better. So...thanks.

Hang in there! I was just like you...needed the variety. I really liked the second and third phase! The third month is focused on plyometrics with strength training. I am currently on Day 76 and looking forward to completing, but I too like a lot of the strength videos and plan to continue to do them. Good luck and keep us updated. Sorry for my slow response.

I made it to day 23 at the beginning of the week, but I realized I'm getting bored with the cardio, warm up, and the cool downs. There's not much of variety. I still like the strength training videos and kept those up. I did other stretches and walked/jogged for the cardio. After taking the week off, I'm going to go back and redo this week. I'm so close to month 2, I can't give up now.

Additional random note: I've been drinking almond milk for the last few days and found that it practically annihilates my chocolate cravings. Now I can eat it for enjoyment and put it away after a bite or two. :D. Yay!

@Asoria: nope. Not even close to finished yet. I seem to be a bit injury and accident prone...I'm blaming endorphin-induced recklessness (and my own stupidity). I'm slowly working on catching up with modifications. Still hoping to finish at the end of April, but not guaranteeing it since I'll have to take a week and a half off at end of March). :(( Let us know what reaching the end feels like, results, whatever?
@Zoe: you are an awesome captain...I wouldn't be doing this at all if not for you. Would've quit every time the going got tough or life got me down. I want to see this through partly (a little) for me, but mostly cause I don't want to renege on my promise to see this to the end. Hope your computer gets better! :)

I restarted BeFit in February since I pulled a muscle in my butt/back during petit 4's and Sumos. Love the MMA portion! Yesterday during an MMA exercise, I found myself picturing chocolate bars, ice cream, and baked potatoes loaded with butter. I gave them all knock-out punches while protecting a Fruit if the Loom gang behind me (apples, oranges, grapes, etc). It was quite fun and gave me a little extra "uumph." Lol!

The rest day videos really aren't anything all that new. I can't wait to get into Phase Two at the beginning of the week. I am looking forward to some increased intensity. I am also looking ahead to after the 90 Days. I found a BeFit in 30 high intensity program on the BeFit channel. Really love the channel! I find myself surfing around looking for different videos to try. I did a Denise Austin Core and Upper Body with a ball w/o. It was fun!

I'm glad you're ok! I noticed that except the firsts ons, I can watch the rest days video. It says the video is not available for my region. Are you really learning valuable information with this or is it just stuff we already know?

Lovin' it! I had a huge setback leaving me on Day 25 today. I pulled a calf muscle on Sunday morning and thought I would be down for a few weeks. Luckily, it has improved everyday and I was able to pick back up today after only missing two days. Thankfully, it was an easy workout with upper body ST and MMA phase 1 so I could manage without engaging my calf much. I am so glad we are all in this together. It helps push to know there are others doing it with you!

Just did Day 5 my weekend was a bit hectic getting my brother back to school. I actually kinda like that the videos repeat, it makes it easier to transition since you have an idea of what's coming next. The yoga also went a lot better today, still not really a fan though but by the end you never know. I'll be taking a walk later on to get some cardio in.
Also I think I might throw in some weights for my walks with Leslie Sansone they are starting to get a little too easy for me and I do love a good challenge.

The videos are pretty much always the same, at least in the first week!
I just did Day 5. It was all strenght, so I thought I needed some cardio. I went easy with Leslie Sansone 2 miles walk. I thought it was stupid to follow a video to walk inside, but it's a great easy to follow workout. The intensity level is not high, but I was already tired tonight so that was perfect!

Woohoo just finished day 2. My first time doing yoga. I'll probably start watching the videos in advance so i'm not straining my neck trying to see what they are doing. I'll also have to have some bigger weights around as well. I'll do a walking video tomorrow so my muscles can recuperate.
I'm so happy to hear about all of the progress we are already making.

I'm done with Day 4. I'm glad I bought 10 pounds weights and not only 5's. The 5 pounds dumbbells are perfect for shoulders work but for biceps, I need the 10 pounds

Day 2 is done! It was a lot easier for me to do then day 1. I will be doing day 4 tomorrow and not taking a rest day. My rest days are Saturday and Sunday. One of the weekend days really are not a rest day-I will run a virtual race on one day or the other. The other will be a complete rest day.

I started day 1 a day late. I have a hard time with the floor exercises as well but over all I really enjoyed the workout. I want to be able to do the workouts without the modifications at the end as well. The second time around day 1 was definitely a lot easier for me, even after having a week break in between. Excited to do day 2 tomorrow.

I do most of the plank excersice on my knees, other wise I just can't do them, and certainly not in proper form. But by the end, I hope I'll be able to follow everything without modifications :) Glad you started :)

I promised Zoe (before this group started) that I'd start BeFit on January 6. Slacker that I have been so far this winter, I started it today. It was tough (I really struggle with the plank-style exercises), but I am now caught up. I split up the videos throughout the day and thankfully Day3 is a rest day...or they'd be scrapping me off the floor. lol.

Zoe- I typed in my own favorite. One as strength and the other as cardio and split the workout minutes according to that days workout. Just using an educated guess to determine calories burned.
Congrats on Day 1!!

Yeah! I have officially started! Day One is done! Tomorrow will be hard because I have a cousin night because one of my cousin who lives in California is home! I'll either do it tomorrow if I don't come back too late or tuesday and do my rest day tomorrow.
I wondered: how do you track the workouts?

I'll probably start on the 7th since my house tends to be more hectic on the weekends and I probably wont be able to get the TV. I'll be plugging my laptop up to my television in the living room for these videos for more space and it's hard to see the screen for exercises on the floor. I tried day 1 today as a test drive and I can tell this is going to a very fun and challenging series.

Where are you at in the program? Are you struggling with a particular week? Did you need to redo any days? This thread is for us to share our progression.
