My run club/fitness club is closed for 1 1/2 weeks for some refurbishment and cleaning. I'm restarting the BeFit in 90 videos at the end of this week to see if I can get into the swing of doing these regularly before my classes start again.

How are you going with your video workouts?

I cycle to and from work and this was enough to lose weight until now. My goal is to start losing weight again, having maintained a 7kg loss for some months now.

When I started BeFit in 90, my weight was 76 kg (167.8 lbs)
20 days later I now weigh 72,1 kg (158 lbs)

My goals at the end of the 90 days are:
- Going down 1 size
- Being able to do the burpees
- Lose another 15lbs

Oops I never posted any goals.

Goal 1: Lose 15lbs
Goal 2: I like the be able to do 5 regular push-ups so I'm going to use that one.
Goal 3: By the end or the 2nd time around not have to use any modifiers.

Well, I have a tendency to set semi-unrealistic goals...so let's just say that I want to do BeFit in 90 and see an improvement.

Current Stats:
Weight: 167.4#
Size: Small-med top, 10-12 bottom,
Measurements: noted elsewhere (so not going there!)
Other: I want to be able to do five push-ups proper without stopping. I want to be able to do BeFit Day1 without any modifications. I want to have slimmer legs (minimal pear shape).

Feel Better Each Day...
