Training for better balance and core stability is essential to our fitness and over all wellness. Do this "Star Balance" exercise three (3) times this a week and check in weekly to post an update on your balance progress. By the end of the month, you should have better control over your core and entire body with less wobbling/shaking while you balance. The target muscles for this exercise are the abdominals, obliques, shoulder girdle muscles, hip adductors and abductors, and pelvic girdle muscles. To do this challenge you will need a medicine ball.
