Here's our March Challenge...just in time for St. Patrick's Day!
What To Do:
1. Complete a 5k by St. Patrick's Day (walk, jog or run). You can do it all on St. Patrick's Day, or you can do a little each day, but it needs to add up to a 5k (3.1miles) by St. Patrick's Day.
2. Post a picture of your distance tracked. Oh yeah!...this requires some tech savvy skills. I like to use Endomondo.com. Some of you may like to use the Sparkpeople GPS tracker instead. Take a screen shot and upload it on a photo sharing site like, then send us the link or upload it on your Sparkpeople blog page.
3. Post to the group that you've done it! We can visit each other's blogs and check out our pics.
