I have signed up as captain of a team to walk in the 2013 NAMIWalk in Raleigh. There is some information below about the organization I am representing, Bring Change 2 Mind, as well as it's partner, National Alliance on Mental Illness. The walk is 2.5 miles and is in Raleigh. This is a topic that is very important to me and what I do for a living. Please consider joining my team to help raise awareness of mental health issues and working on some fitness at the same time.
My team, 4 the 1 in 4, is walking with 2013 NAMIWalk North Carolina on May 4, 2013 10:00 AM.

NAMI and BC2M have partnered to share proceeds of the NAMIWalks.
Please feel free to share this with your friends and family.
