So, yesterday, I stopped recording in the middle of the day, because life got extremely hectic. I was surprised to find that the first thing I thought about doing was eating junk! It was an emotional eating situation. But I am so proud of myself! I grabbed a 100 cal snack pack, took care of calming the chaos of the day, then ate a very sensible, portion controlled dinner. It was my first real challenging day! Today I am back on track!
