I will try to post more you guys but I can't promise you anything :S The summer is super crazy time for me, but this is what I have planned.

You have the nutritional goals for the week.
Motivation Monday: Find something that motivates you and share it with us!
Transformation Tuesday: Did you see an amazing transformation story? Share it with us!
Weigh In Wednesday: You know what that means. Weigh in and share your results. You don't have to give us numbers if you don't want..tell us your accomplishments, struggles, if you're up or down from last week. Share whatever you like.
Throwback Thursday: Share something from your past. Whether it's a funny story about yourself or a picture, what ever you like
Goal Friday: This is all about setting and achieving goals. I've got the steps laid out for you, now you just need to put in the effort in time.
Sunday last chance workout! It's your last chance to get a workout in! I like to go on Youtube and do Blogilates or BeFit. Find some way to get in movement on Sundays, wether it's playing with the kids, the wii, or actually working out.

Hey everybody! I hope you all are having an amazing summer! I just got back from vacation and am so ready to amp things up!! June's challenge fizzled out there towards the end so lets turn things up a notch in honor of the 2 hottest months of the year!!

I am initiating an 8 week challenge that will continue on from June with a little bit more fun and variation. I will be posting more tomorrow but in the mean time, keep going with the water, fruits and vegetables that we have been working on already. For workouts you can do what ever you want, but I would like you to add 1 more per week if you were doing 3.

This weeks nutrition challenge..since the week is almost over will be an easy one...EAT BREAKFAST and make it HEALTHY!! The best thing you can do is start your day off right by fueling your body with good nutritious food. Do you ever notice that when you eat junk for breakfast that is how you continue to eat for the rest of the day? Or if you skip breakfast you end up eating way more than normal.

Okay so that's it for today...more coming tomorrow!
