Goal Friday: This is all about setting and achieving goals. I've got the steps laid out for you, now you just need to put in the effort in time.
Sunday last chance workout! It's your last chance to get a workout in! I like to go on Youtube and do Blogilates or BeFit. Find some way to get in movement on Sundays, wether it's playing with the kids, the wii, or actually working out.
