As a team we are ranked #71 out of 184 with 4,812 minutes. That's good for a team with 87 members. Let's keep shooting for that 20,000.
Now this week I want you to set an exercise goal and crush it! It can be how many days you want to work out, adding an extra 10 minutes to your workout, or just taking a walk after dinner. It can be what ever you want as long as you know you can accomplish it this week and continue doing it.
Mine is to add 10 minutes of the elliptical on my off days of DDP on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Hey everyone! Great job on getting active on Spark! Now it's time to get moving. We are going to do another Sparkpoints challenge, but this time it's going to be on how many fitness Minutes you can earn for March. Once again, this is not to compete against each other, only yourself to to get you motivated, up, and moving.
To give you an idea, the top 5 leaders last month earned over 1,000 minutes! Our team together earned 16,355 minutes. Do you think we can make it to 20,000 minutes this month? All you have to do is log your activity and Sparkpeople will take care of the rest! I'll post the top 3 leaders every Friday and each one will receive a team goodie.
