Happy April Fools everybody!!

You guys did awesome last month on your fitness minutes! Here are the top 3 leaders for the month:

1. Pillywiggin with 3,720 Awesome!
2. Yvonne2001 with 2,051 Fantastic!
3. Srulishaffren with 1,852 Fabulous!


As a team we ended the month with 16,200 minutes and ranked 86!
This is fantastic!! I'm so proud of all you!

Great job and get ready for April's challenge!!

Hey everybody!!
We are nearing the end of March and you all are doing great!!

Here are the top 3 leaders this week!

1. Pillywiggin with 2,586 minutes!
2. Srulishaffren with 1,306 minutes!
3. Yvonne2001 with 1200 minutes!

You guys are doing awesome! Keep it up!

I won't be posting next Friday for the holiday and there will only be a couple of days left of the month. I will wait to post the final top 3 on April 1st, along with a new challenge!

Hey everybody! Happy St. Patty's Day!

Sorry I missed Friday's posting…been dealing with some illness at our house this week.

This weeks leaders in the most minutes are….

Happy Friday everyone!! How is everybody moving in March!! I love seeing all those minutes on the leaders board! Keep it up!!

Here comes the first weeks leaders!

Leading is PILLYWIGGIN with 837 minutes! emoticon

Second is YVONNE2001 with 650 minutes! emoticon

Third is SARAOMG13 with 514 minutes! emoticon

Way to rock ladies!! emoticon

As a team we are ranked #71 out of 184 with 4,812 minutes. That's good for a team with 87 members. Let's keep shooting for that 20,000. emoticon

Now this week I want you to set an exercise goal and crush it! It can be how many days you want to work out, adding an extra 10 minutes to your workout, or just taking a walk after dinner. It can be what ever you want as long as you know you can accomplish it this week and continue doing it. emoticon

Mine is to add 10 minutes of the elliptical on my off days of DDP on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I hope you all are having a great March!! Are you ready for spring? Are you ready for summer? Tank tops and swimsuits are right around the corner!! emoticon

Hey everyone! Great job on getting active on Spark! emoticon Now it's time to get moving. We are going to do another Sparkpoints challenge, but this time it's going to be on how many fitness Minutes you can earn for March. Once again, this is not to compete against each other, only yourself to to get you motivated, up, and moving.

To give you an idea, the top 5 leaders last month earned over 1,000 minutes! Our team together earned 16,355 minutes. Do you think we can make it to 20,000 minutes this month? All you have to do is log your activity and Sparkpeople will take care of the rest! I'll post the top 3 leaders every Friday and each one will receive a team goodie.

Lets get moving in March! emoticon
