It's the WiT Feb Challenge, BOOST IT! Last month you jumped in and made your upper body a little more buff with some extra push ups to get to that 10 Second GOLD! This month, it's time to put those extra muscles to work and BOOST YOUR WORKOUT!
For the WiTs, we are challenging you to BOOST IT by adding in that one workout you have been thinking of, but haven't tackled yet. You want to try Mixed Tape, Strength Builder, or Diamond Cutter? You have another one in mind? Commit to doing that workout once a week (or more). Just one time a week will get 4 of that new and kick ass workout under your belt by the end of the month.
If you can dig that, then let us know and INK IT BELOW! Once you get your workout mastered post up a video of you nailing it on Vimeo, or YouTube or your other favorite social media app!
