Hey everyone! I hope you are doing great and enjoying DDP Yoga! This month we are going to go in a different direction for our challenge. One thing I need to work on is being more active on here so we are going to do a SparkPoints Challenge. You don't have to log anything, sparkpeople will do that for you. We have a leader board to see who is logging and staying active.
This is a challenge not to compete against others, but to compete against yourself. There are so many ways to log points. Blogs, logging food/activity, posting to message boards, reading articles, etc. In order to make it easier to gather points I'm starting a game thread in the general discussion where you can post everyday. Also use the Daily Dig and check in, let us know how you are doing, and log your workouts.
I will post the top 3 every week on Friday morning and the final top 3 on the morning of March 1st. Each top 3 leaders will receive a Team Goodie and a big Woohoo from the rest of us :)
As of right now our team has logged 16,885 points this month. I would like to make a team goal to earn 20,000 points in February! We can do this!!
Also, if you guys have any ideas for challenges, games, or thread ideas please let me know! This is your team too!
