The top 3 leaders this month were very close! They did a great job and all deserve a pat on the back and big woohoo from the rest of us as do all of you! Our team member activity almost doubled this month so that is great!!! We didn't make it to 20,000, but we sure tried hard!
Hi Everyone, Congratulations to everyone on getting involved in doing these challenges and getting into shape. I have just returned from the interior where I did not have internet access. My BIL died and we went up to help out Joel's sister in all the arrangements that need to be done.
I am so glad to be back and seeing all the activity. Way to go! Crystal - what an easy and helpful challenge this is.

Well, Woohoo! But there's a catch... I use a Fitbit and it imports directly into SP your ENTIRE days calories burned, so some of those points I've accumulated are for getting up and walking into the other room, LOL. So really, I should just get honorable mention ;) Otherwise I would feel like a cheater!
First week of I love SparkPeople Points Challenge Results!

Log in everyday, spin that wheel, comment here, read articles/blogs/etc. The more active you are the more you will take away and learn. I promise you!
Hey everyone! I hope you are doing great and enjoying DDP Yoga! This month we are going to go in a different direction for our challenge. One thing I need to work on is being more active on here so we are going to do a SparkPoints Challenge. You don't have to log anything, sparkpeople will do that for you. We have a leader board to see who is logging and staying active.
This is a challenge not to compete against others, but to compete against yourself. There are so many ways to log points. Blogs, logging food/activity, posting to message boards, reading articles, etc. In order to make it easier to gather points I'm starting a game thread in the general discussion where you can post everyday. Also use the Daily Dig and check in, let us know how you are doing, and log your workouts.
I will post the top 3 every week on Friday morning and the final top 3 on the morning of March 1st. Each top 3 leaders will receive a Team Goodie and a big Woohoo from the rest of us :)
As of right now our team has logged 16,885 points this month. I would like to make a team goal to earn 20,000 points in February! We can do this!!
Also, if you guys have any ideas for challenges, games, or thread ideas please let me know! This is your team too!
