We're baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! Thanks to a good group of Regular Guys, we are rebooting the Warrior Zone and WiT Groups, and it starts NOW with a January PUSH UP CHALLENGE!!!
For the WiTs, we are challenging you to achieve a 10 second push up! The first part of this challenge is giving you the REST of the month of January to achieve a 10 second push up by JANUARY 31st. CAN YOU DIG IT?! That's over 20 days to get to 1, yes, 1 TEN SECOND PUSH UP.
If you can dig that, then let us know and INK IT BELOW! Once you get your 10 second push up mastered post up a video of you nailing it on Vimeo, or YouTube or your other favorite social media app! Tag it up with the hash tag #DDPYOGACHALLENGE so everyone can find it. And, don't forget to Tweet it to @DDPYOGA so everyone can see it!
Want to take the WiT January CHALLENGE TITLE? Then take the EXTREME modifier and see how MANY 10 second push ups you can do in a row. Winner gets bragging rights going into the next challenge!
