We are nearing the end of week one and I hope you all are doing great! It's a busy time of year so don't beat yourself up if you miss one or two workouts. This is just to get you back into the habit if you have fallen off track...like me:)

I decided to also tweak the goals a little bit. Thank you for starting this challenge. I need to do something I can stick to! I just came up with the water goal, so that will officially start today.

Goal 1: Exercise 5 days a week (including 3 days of DDP yoga)
Goal 2: Drink 48 ozs or more of water a day

Ditto. I have been slacking lately. I hate the grey days of winter. I miss sunshine. I want to pull the covers over my head and hibernate. I need a kick in the pants. I'm modifying the goals slightly.

Goal 1: Do a DDP Yoga workout everyday. I'm getting up 5 minutes earlier everyday until I can workout in the morning. I will do a workout in the evening until then.
Goal 2: Log my food and workouts
Goal 3: Take my vitamins, especially D everyday.


17: Stand up (ran 1.5 miles)
18: Fat Burner

21: I was a baaaad person and did not workout.

Great Idea!! I'm in!

Well... I was in, until I ended up with an infected tooth and a root canal. :( Pain started in the Thursday before Christmas, got to a dentist on Friday. He wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole since it was a tooth that had already had a root canal done years before. Still battling the pain and the antibiotics make me nauseous. Yay! I get a 2rd root canal (or 3rd depending on how you look at it) on it in January and hopefully that will be the end of it. Had to go to an endodontist ( I couldn't believe he was open on Christmas Eve), when he was drilling through the old root canal he found there was a "cotton pearl" left in there that shouldn't have been. Thus setting me up for a massive infection several years later. Lovely...so for Christmas Eve Santa brought me a root canal! And a 1000 dollar bill to pay. Thanks Santa!!

I've been feeling really lousy since and working everyday, yep,, even Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was my turn, darn the luck. Honestly that is all I could get through.
I am so GLAD to be leaving 2012 behind... it's been a lousy year. 2013 has got to be AWESOME to make up for it.
You guys are doing a great job! Keep it up and I hope to be up for the next challenge. emoticon

Hey everybody! We are ending the year 2012 very quickly and it's time to get on track now and make these last two weeks count! I'm initiating a challenge for the last two weeks to workout consistently and log it wherever you are on the DDP Yoga Calendar, and set one other goal to work on.

Day 1 Starts Monday the 17th and ends Monday the 31st. You can copy and paste into your own reply box and then use the edit post option everyday to log your workouts. We can do this everyone!!
