emoticon Hi Sparky - the workouts are slowly getting easier. But I still have a long way to go. I love the flexibility and endurance I am seeing.

Hey there again! Yvonne, for the breakfast GF options, I found, and latched onto Bob's Red Mill GF oats. The fiber is 5 g/serving on them. I take things pretty simple with my breakfast and tend to stick to a few things that worked for me; Bob's RM GF Oats, cage free organic brown eggs, or Rice Chex w/ Almond milk. The Rice Chex is pretty low in fiber (1 g), though.

emoticon Hi Sparky,

Thank you for your offer to help coach me on the nutrition plan. I am still on the phase one DDPYOGA meal plan. I do have a question for phase two. On page 28 of the DDPYOGA guide for the sample meal plan for breakfast one of the choices for a gluten free breakfast cereal is All Bran. For those of us diagnosed as Celiac - All Bran has gluten in it. Have you found other dry cereals that have a high fibre count over 5 that are gluten free? At the moment the choices I see for breakfast are either eggs or GF Steel Cut Oats. What do you usually have for breakfast?

emoticon Crystal - good for you to keep going. You will be delighted at how quickly your body responds to the exercises. If you find that you are still struggling the first week with the exercises recommended - just repeat that week then move on. Even approximating the movements will bring improvements. I am rooting for you.

Today I completed my 2nd Energy Workout for the week. I will be setting up for the next week's exercise program. I also included 45 min of recumbent biking. I do a lot of cross training but my base is the DDPYOGA.

I need to weigh and measure my food rather than guestimate portion sizes. So I am starting to track calories. I want to maintain or lose over the holiday season and I know this is a challenge for me. Too many special dinners, parties, meetings etc.

On top of everything, my BIL is critically ill in hospital, so we will be travelling to the interior to be with him next week. We will be travelling by bus as the trip is dangerous this time of year and a bus trip is cheaper than a new set of snow tires which are required on the highways at this time of year. I will need to plan carefully as I find restaurant food is easy but expensive and high in calories - lots of fat and salt.

Happy Holidays to you, Crystal. Thank you once again for your taking on this responsibility of being Team Leader. I find it so much easier to keep focus when I know that others are doing this with me. Hugs.

The exercises are going pretty good. I'm struggling a bit moving from one to the next. I'm very tight with very little flexibility which is completely opposite of where I was about a year ago. Lack of movement has really done a number on me, but slowly but surely I'll turn it around. :)

emoticon Hi Crystal, I completed the Energy DVD today. So one more Energy DVD to complete this week and I will have done Week One.

I follow a gluten free diet as I have Celiac Disease. I am only on the first phase of the DDPYOGA Diet which does include dairy. I use yogurt or kefir which I make myself or goat cheese the source of my dairy.

How are you doing with the exercises?

This is great Yvonne! I am not following the eating plan as of yet. One step at a time for me :) Once I get back into the exercise habit I will focus more on the nutrition. How about you? Have you gone gluten and dairy free? It's such a big change but I know that it's something that will have to be done.

emoticon Chrystal. I found the first part of the beginners program very straight forward and relatively easy. Not that I could do it perfectly but that it was a great progression so that I got stronger, more flexible, had more stamina, and for the first time in my life was able to do a full body push up! I loved Energy, and Fat Burner but found the rest quite a challenge. I am glad in the Intermediate section I am starting again with Energy and building again from there.

Are you also following his eating plan?

Today I completed the Diamond Dozen.
