I went to Edmond and had the Trainer there Weigh & Measure me.
I was UP 10 pounds to 158.
Body Fat was UP 3.3% to 35%


April 2013 was Slightly better.

Bust - up .5 inch
Waist - down 2 inches
Abdomen - down 2 inches
Hips - up .5 inch
Thigh - down .75 inch
Arm - down .5 inch
