emoticon This afternoon as I was leaving the Nursing Home I was Stressed, Frustrated, and HUNGRY!! And there was Chocolate EVERYWHERE!! Including BELGIAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES!!! I don't even know what they are, but they smelled like Heaven!!
emoticon I kept reminding myself that The More Sugar You Eat, The More You Will WANT!!
emoticon emoticon In the car on the way Home, I ate the Extra Banana and the Apple that I had brought for Lunch.

emoticon Most of us have discovered how important it is to Track What We Eat. "If You Bite It, Write It" is a Familiar Phrase in these parts!
emoticon In the October Weight Watchers Magazine I read an Article that stated that it was just as Important to acknowledge what we DIDN'T Eat. When you make a Healthy Choice or you Substitute a Vegetable for a Sweet Dessert, you deserve to Pat Yourself on the Back!!
