I am seeing some progress in my goals! I have finally gotten my cardio back up to 30 minutes a day and I am doing ST more consistently! I am actually doing ST daily but changing it up so not over do it. I am doing 30 minutes 3 times a week and 15 - 20 minutes 3-4 days a week!

My eating is where I am having issues but things seem to be getting better. I think that I thought that the New Year was going to make things easier and that I would be so motivated that I wouldn't struggle any more. Not what happened at all. I have been dealing with emotional eating, lots of temptation and just play mindless eating. Now I am trying to think before I eat. It is helping for the most part so that is good!

Hi, Susan and all teammates, I want this to be my Healthy Year. I have played around with eating vegan for the last 7 months. Because I was losing weight, I let myself be loosey-goosey, but in order to improve my joints, mental status, and other health issues I have been having, I need to be more strict. That is going to be my main goal this year. Yes, I want to exercise, yes, I want to lose lots of weight, but my main thing will be eating vegan faithfully. So I a naming this my Healthy Vegan Year.

Okay so I will go first. I actually talk about my plan for 2013 in a blog that I wrote a few days ago. I am calling 2013 my CHAMPIONSHIP YEAR!. I am really going to focus on getting to my goal. I am not focusing on the big goal and let me tell ya, it is a big goal. I am taking it one week at a time. I really got my official start on this on Dec 22 and I have been working to get my techniques in place to be ready to go into 2013 with a good start. The fact that I lost weight over Christmas is a great feeling and it shows that I can do this no matter what time of year it is.

I am still working on my exercise streak. I know that I dropped the ball several times but I have also picked it back up! I will just keep pushing and keep pushing.

Let's take 2013 by storm!
