I am seeing some progress in my goals! I have finally gotten my cardio back up to 30 minutes a day and I am doing ST more consistently! I am actually doing ST daily but changing it up so not over do it. I am doing 30 minutes 3 times a week and 15 - 20 minutes 3-4 days a week!
My eating is where I am having issues but things seem to be getting better. I think that I thought that the New Year was going to make things easier and that I would be so motivated that I wouldn't struggle any more. Not what happened at all. I have been dealing with emotional eating, lots of temptation and just play mindless eating. Now I am trying to think before I eat. It is helping for the most part so that is good!
