For me EFFORT vs. SUCCESS is not well balanced. OMG, I have to do such a huge heavy effort that brings me awful side effects such as terrible crankiness, trembling, etc., to see a few pounds drop, then trying to maintain the weight loss is having to reject a LOT of food stuff. OK, I know it's all about changing habits, embracing a healthy lifestyle..., but OMG, it's not easy at all.

I probably need a shrink!!!
