As Cathy, I usually skip it too, but try to wear nice fresh shorts and sleeveless shirts. In my case, I have to shave SO much it always gives me too much irritation to bother any more. I should have laser done LOL!!

This was a great QOTD! Really enjoyed hearing everyone sound out on it. Here's to reaching whatever goals we set for ourselves be they swimsuits or not.
The swimsuit is a touchy thing for me. I will need one in Jamaica in April but not too excited about it. The only one I felt comfortable in looks just like the one my Grandma used to wear when I was little. Not sure how to feel about that as Grandma looked good in hers. Won't know anyone in jamaica anyway, so I guess who cares? It is black and has a skirt thingie to cover the hanging skin on my thighs.

I wear one no matter what, but looking better in it is a goal.

not really...I got a new swim suit for when my sister, her husband and I went on our Grand Adventure west....we had expected to at least dip our toes in the swimming pools along the way.....but as it turned out, we were all under the weather and no toe dipping was done.....not even a smidgen....by the time we checked into our motels along the way, we were all so tired that we just wanted to chill.....so no use of that brand new swim suit.......and I actually don't plan on using it any time soon, so that would be a "No" on a swim suit as a motivator.......*grin* :) but it was kind of for that trip...

I have always worn a 1 piece even as a child but as I got into my teenage years I started wearing an oversize tshirt with it especially when I had swimming for gym class. As you all know kids can be very cruel especially in high school. So even If I still don't have the body for a 2 piece but I have lost enough weight and feel better about myself to wear a 1 piece without a huge shirt covering me then yes it is definietly a goal. Wearing a 2 piece with no problem and not feeling embarrased about it will be a huge goal and accomplishment.
Live every day to the fullest. Live every day like it is your last, love hard, and laugh often.
While it is not a goal I really think about, I would wear one regardless because I really do like to swim, I do think looking nicer in one will be awesome, especially when we go to Puerto Rico next month.
You're on your own, and you know what you know, and You are the one who'll decide where to go....
