Not anymore. I used to take the Womens One A Day Weight Smart ones but stopped a few years ago.

D3 - I'm not supposed to be in the sun because of a med. I take, and otherwise I'm very low.
Calcium and Magnesium to prevent leg cramps. (been doing that for about 40 years)
Iron because I'm always low if I don't take it. (no leafy greens for this girl)
Zinc because it comes with the Calcium/Magnesium. And it's supposed to prevent colds or something.
I used to take C and E because I bruise very easily, but it didn't seem to help so I stopped those. emoticon

The Cancer surgery destroyed my parathyroid so I have to take 3000 mg of calcium a day.
I also take Chromar for blood sugar support, Optimized Saffron for depression, and a Mature Multi from Costco. I tried raspberry keytones but they got the mail moving way too fast. I also use Arnica tablets for menstrual cramps and workout DOMS.

My doc has approved all my suplements.
