i like richard simmons #2 it is a warm up plus 25 minutes of exercise and floor exercieses.
i also like walking videos.

SP's Fit, Firm, and Fired Up. I love Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds and have a LOT of them! I also like Jillian Hessel's and Suzanne Deason's Yoga and Pilates DVDs.

I have four of the SparkPeople DVD's. Two of them came in the mail after I joined SparkCoach. I also have four or five of the Leslie walk tapes, Yoga, Kettleball and others.

I have Leslie Sansone 5 Really Big Miles and a yoga one but I couldn't tell you what the title is. Then I have my faves....the DDP YOGA videos. They are great!
