Yes I tried it, I am currently using it. I signed up for the 3 months. I have mixed feelings. It keeps me accountable, it has helped me to get involved in the communities. However as far as coaching me not really.

Yes, I tried it, but -IMHO- nothing new. I thought it was going to be more of a personal contact between the coach and me, but it wasn't. I let them know what I thought, though. When at eDiets, the coach (nutritionist, exercise expert, etc.) were there for you 24/7. A great help indeed.

Love it! The check ins and the programs have really helped me. They always seem to provide the help I need at exactly the moment I am going through something. Like when my motivation wanes, they had a program about burn out.

Yes, I like it but am not sure I will continue after 4 months. I really should though, I especially like Dr. Birdie. She is amazing!
