Since I don't work outside the home, I can usually do it first thing in the morning (that means whenever I get up). On the days I have to get somewhere early, I either get up earlier to do it, or do it when I get home.
For instance, every Sunday I do my cardio in the afternoon. First Church, then lunch, then cardio/ST then back to Church. I'll have to watch my time this week since Church is starting an hour earlier in the evening.
