I don't drink coffee. I do drink choffy though, or I like to call it choco. It is ground up cocoa beans. I have it a few times a week. It is 20 calories for a cup of it and I sweeten it with stevia. It is like a very dark chocolate drink. yum. And antioxidants.
Last time I had a specialty coffee was back in July when I went to Butte with a friend. It was an Americano. I had Half and half and sugar free flavoring.
Since I work from home it's plain old drip coffee for me. 2 cups with heavy whipping cream. 1 Tbsp each cup. It costs me but It's worth it. I use flavor drops from Capella's. capellaflavordrops.com/ No sweeteners, just flavor and five drops in a cup tastes great.
I use heavy cream because there is no lactose to speak of and no calcium, which interferes with my thyroid pill. I tried nut milk and liked it but it stopped the mail moving. LOL

Once in a while I will have a Starbucks Latte but generally speaking I don't want to waste the 140 calories.
But I do religiously have my morning mug of regular coffee (2 cups worth) with 2 tbsp of half and half. That's work 41 calories, 39 from the half and half, and 3 grams of fat... which I can easily afford at breakfast. This is it. I don't have coffee later in the day.
Let's make it a healthy day!

I love a latte once in a while with skim milk and no shots. I just count the milk calories.
