I really love sushi! I eat the fish off of the rice bites and leave those behind. I keep my carbs throught he day really low so I can eat my cali roll. I think it is really just a conveyance for the wasabi and soy sauce. LOL. I have to drink gallons of water the next day even with low sodium sauce. I take braggs with me and use that.

Oh my goodness... I LOVE Sushi!!! Love, love, love it!! Unfortunately since I am watching my carbs I have to plan the rice intake which sushi has. Sashimi is the plain fish without the sticky rice but I don't prefer sashimi.
