It varies, one on how hungry I am, two depends how many calories I have eaten on my main meals, it also varies what I have, at work I try and have healthy like celery and carrots and at home if I have enough calories left will treat myself to something yummy like a little chocolate, biscuits or crisps, but not all at once lol.

It depends. SP says a snack should be around 150-200 cals so if I eat something that fits that bill, I log it under snack. Usually around 2 sometimes 3. I eat between clients so my only real full meals are Breakfast and dinner. Lunch is sometimes a full meal and sometimes gets logged under snack. lol

One or two, I make a jello with pineapple, yogurt with sliced green cabbage and celery in it and then if I am able I have some yogurt with fresh fruit.
