I've never used it. Once I'm woken up, I'm awake. There's no drifting back off for another 10 - 15.

Use the snooz whenever I can. I enjoy taking my time to wake up. My favorite way to wake up is hitting the snooz every five minutes for at least a half hour. I use my phone for my alarm and the snooz is just 5 minutes.

no snooze for me, I need to get up when the alarm sounds or it would be lethal and I would snuggle back in bed and fall asleep emoticon .

Thanks, Glitter! I amsure it is weight related because he did the HCG with me in 2010 and almost stopped snoring completely. He gained it all back tho and here we are. I have been there myself many times. I will try the tennis ball thing. We have a tempurpedic bed so hopefully will not absorb it! lol

your husband could have sleep apnea. i have that and pills dont work. i tried getting my tongue reduced no luck.

have him try a tennis ball wrapped around with duck tape. that teaches you body to sleep on the side.

i am going to try a mouth insert. that is made by a dentist.

my hubby snores, but we sleep in separate rooms.

I have always set an alarm for a half hour before I have to get up and then another when I have to get up. It dawned on me that I am robbing myself of sleep by a half hour every day!
No more snooze button for me! LOL Cannot wait for my fitbit one to get here because I want to use earplugs and set the vibrate alarm. Here's to hoping it wakes me up. Poor hubby snores loud most nights and unless I am dead alseep when he starts, it wakes me up. He can't help it.

I use my vibrating alarm on my fitbit, I turn it off and then a few minutes later the alarm clock goes off, it's on my hubby's side of the bed, and I don't understand the thing, have no idea how to turn it off, but if I didnt' get up by my alarm, I get up by his. then i go turn off my daughter's alarm, because she sleeps through it, and I climb into her bed and try to wake her up and we read our scriptures together. Then it's off to make the kids' lunches and get ready for the day!

No alarm clock, just an internal alarm that gets me up between 5 and 6 unless I have had a very late evening. Then it is kind and lets me sleep a little later.

hate it. Our alarm clock is across the room, so I have to get out of bed to turn it off. No point in hitting snooze if I have to get up ever 10 minutes!! LOL!!!

I rarely use an alarm clock because I can usually wake up at my normal time which is 6 AM. If I have wake up sooner and need to set the alarm than I do use the snooze one time usually.

Let's make it a healthy day!

I have a dawn simulator clock ... the light starts coming on a half hour before the alarm goes off. It really helps me not hit the snooze. Not every day, but most days I don't hit it. I do feel sooooo much better if I get up when the alarm goes off and don't hit the thing!
