The pupdog and I go on lots of walks LOL
When the weather is too nasty for that, I'll usually stick my nose in a book or do some cross-stitching. Anything that keeps the mind too busy to worry about food.

I try to find something to read, I pick one of my devotional books, I get up and take a walk, I listen to christian music, I pray, I call someone, I just try to distract myself

if i am hungry i try to eat something. like low sugar pudding or WW fudge bar.

reading does not detract me from eating. sometimes i have popcorn to tied me over.
