Going over my calorie limit ... and know I was going over it while I was doing it. And THEN crashing for a week because you start thinking "Well, I just killed that diet." instead of just getting right back on the horse.

I feel guilty when I eat too much for the wrong reason, stress, boredom etc etc and I also feel guilty for not doing enough exercise but I am working on this guilty thing as the more guilty I feel the more I eat, crazy, crazy need to sort it out xox

What makes me feel guilty is not getting in that kitchen and preparing the better food which is healthy and will work for me in the long run. The hubby and I are addicted to the computer and netflix. Baaaad! So must make more effort to wash that lettuce, chop those carrots, etc. I always get out and move my feet and legs because the dogs get very sad if I don't.
"The world is one country and mankind its citizens" one of the many truths spoken by Baha'u'llah and "Love is the light that guideth in darkness, the living link that uniteth God with man, that assureth the progress of every illumined soul."
