Exercise. Mainly because, if I stick within my calorie bracket, even without exercise, I can drop a lb a day. So somedays I don't feel like doing it just because I feel like it's not benefiting me in a big major way.

I am also split on this one. I get stressed and eat and know I should not be eating, however I also get lazy from a hard day at work and put the exercise aside...lol. I guess I am just a mess

I am half and half on this one. Exercise is deffinately a "have to" activity but I also eat for emotional reasons. I keep reminding myself that God created y body to move and that will help keep me out of the nursing home.

The diet part is by far the hardest. Exercise is accomplished through joy and 2 dogs.
