I slept thru the night! last night i drank tons of water but i also took emergen c ...then i red a book till i was super sleepy....also i decided to stop obsessing about the bathroom and just weight til i had to go bad...I hope it turns into a streak!

As an older lady (77 years young), I have had an incontinence problem for many years - seems to come with aging - at least for me. If I only get up two or three times during the night, I feel like I've had a really good night. I can't remember when I haven't had to get up at least once. The other thing I notice is that when I am losing weight, I have to get up more often as the body is throwing off the extra pounds in the form of liquid. I have had nights when I get up every hour or so all night - those are not good nights. But when I step on the scale the next morning and I've dropped a pound or two, it is worth it. I take a nap during the day and that reinvigorates me.

Ok I have to admit I was having insomnia before i started due to winter vacation getting me off my normal routine.That was just trouble getting to sleep not waking... now all the water after dinner is waking me up at night. I have tried to stop an hour b4 I know i want to sleep then just have a few sips b4 bed. but I have woken up every night since i started the diet. please tell me my bladder will get adjusted soon. Thankfully i fall back to sleep immediately and thanks to the shakes and all the water i drink during the day I have plenty of energy.
